Start your Sunday with intention, movement, and community at Namastoned Yoga, a free weekly small-group yoga class hosted by Brittney Dandurand at Ignite Dispensary in New Richmond. This beginner-to-intermediate friendly class is designed to help you ease into your morning with mindful movement in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No pressure, no expectations. Class Details: Every Sunday morning 8:30–9:30 AM Ignite Dispensary – New Richmond What to expect: Free small-group yoga (limited to 20 participants per week) • Beginner to intermediate level welcome • Calm, supportive atmosphere • Free beverage and samples • In-store discounts available after class Sign-Up Information: To keep things simple, we use one weekly sign-up link for every class.
